SMOKE-CURING

We cure our meats in an authentic smoke sauna. Gentle heat results in delicious meat! We heat up our sauna with alder logs. This is what AUTHENTIC SMOKE-CURED MEAT is known for! We only use FINNISH meat. We use about 1.2 kg of fresh meat for one kilogram of smoke-cured meat. We cook the meats slowly in our sauna. The smallest pieces are smoke-cured for a day, but most meats are kept in the sauna for two days. Genuine craftsmanship! We have no “production lines”.

We can also smoke-cure your meat if you deliver it to us. We also offer slicing.
